Covered countries

We offer worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Our initial market focus is the United States and Canada, but customers in other supported countries may also order.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is included on every order worldwide wherever delivery is available at checkout. The cost of standard shipping is included in our product prices, so no separate standard-shipping fee is added at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After processing, standard delivery is estimated to take 10–20 days.

These estimates are not guarantees. Public holidays, carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Expedited shipping

If expedited shipping is available for your order, the option and its additional cost will be displayed at checkout. If no expedited option is displayed, only standard shipping is available.

Remote areas

Delivery to remote or less-accessible areas may take longer than the standard estimate. Carrier service limitations may also affect tracking frequency or final delivery arrangements.

Duties and import taxes

Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. The recipient is responsible for any such charges.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. You will not be charged an additional standard-shipping fee when an order is split, and you may receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after the package is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing has started.
